As-built, not as-designed

Content here describes the platform as it runs today, grounded in the actual controllers and pages. Architectural rationale lives in docs/ (ADRs) and is linked from each page, not repeated here.

One file per module

Each module doc (IAM, Platform Administration, Staffing, Finance, AI Assistant, ...) covers every page in that area, with a lastVerified date tied to manual testing.

Machine-readable

Every module/capability page carries YAML frontmatter (routes, permissions, entities, related ADRs) and is indexed in public/llms.txt, so agents built on this platform can use the wiki as a reference too.
